Brand Identities

Identities and visual systems are supposed to help brands express themselves; these new identities were created for D2 Media and DePaola Design to rebrand these companies in a way that resonates with their strategy.

D2 Media is a video production company that wanted to refresh its brand to better reflect their dynamic capabilities and attract new clients. As part of the rebrand, a new logo, business card, and website were designed. The logo uses red to attract attention against competitors during vendor events, and a simple application of the company name using a sans-serif font aligns with the company’s uncomplicated attitude towards storytelling. The launch of the new brand helped boost sales by 25% year-over-year.

DePaola Design Brand Identity
DePaola Design is an architecture firm that specializes in high-end residential and commercial real estate in the greater New York area. The owner was looking for a new brand identity (logo, stationery and business card) that resonated with their traditional and sophisticated clientele. This logo combines elements of both residential and commercial buildings to show the two sides of the business. A subtle blue-print pattern is used against a black background throughout the company stationery as an additional branding element. As a result, clients found the brand much more memorable and the logo reminded them that DePaola Design has capabilities in residential and commercial architecture. This promoted cross-sell opportunities for commercial clients that needed work done in their personal residences and vice versa.
